Why am i getting error message when i try to upgrade from adobe pdf pack to adobe acrobat pro?

I think I may know why! I've checked your account, and it looks as though you already have an Acrobat Pro subscription (placed back on September 10 2014). If you never downloaded and installed your subscription, it's not too late. Please see Acrobat XI Subscription | Download and install.
