When I attempt to convert a PDF to Excel, it says it has a password. The document does not as I can open the PDF no problem. It is an FNB bank statement.  Any suggestions?

    Please let us know if you are converting file online or in Application.

    Is this issue occurs with a particular PDF? Please try to check with other PDF.
