Hello,
I'm sharing PDFs using acrobat-generated sharing likns so that my collaborators can write their comments on the shared file. Since last week, my collaborators and I have been experiencing problems entering our revisions. We're getting the following error message: unable to publish your comment, please try again. Is this a temporary problem with the acrobat online platform? Does anyone have the same problem and has it been solved?

Please let us know if you experience this issue with a particular file. Try sharing a new file and check if you get the same error message.

Try once refreshing the browser and using the new incognito window on Chrome.

Hello, Thank you for your reply, the problem has occurred on several shared documents, consulted on different computers. Clearing the cache / incognito mode or refreshing the browser had no effect. The problem resolved itself a few days later. So it seems to have been a problem on the adobe pdf sharing platform. A real handicap when you're working with a team of 8 people reviewing large documents. Adobe team should check the stability of the system as I already had problems earlier this year.
