error message, one or more files cannot be uploaded

I keep getting the error message, one or more files cannot be uploaded

something upgraded over the weekend and now this doesn't work!  Last week I could send MP3 files fine, this week nothing will send!

HELP!

This is messing up my business!!!!!!!!

Where is the phone number to get support???  I pay for this in my membership!
