Error Message Using Student-Teacher Adobe Acrobat Windows 10

Hi all,

I've looked all over the internet and can't find a solution to a problem I'm having.

I purchased a student-teacher version of Adobe Acrobat and I get a message when I open a pdf that reads:  Malformed SOM expression: form 1[0].#subform[0].  I hit the OK button but the message pops up over and over.

All I've seen online is something about a missing period or a Java Script error.  I've no idea what this means and I'm getting frustrated because I need this for a class and for work.  Is there a simple fix?

Here's what I've done so far:

Uninstalled/reinstalled the program.

Checked for updates.

Run a check for issues.

I don't know how to check for Java errors.

Many thanks,

Deborah

This sounds like a bad PDF. I can see it isn't one you made. You don't have the tools to fix it, you need to mention it to the person who made it.
