Error: "No Internet Connection"

Looks like I am having same issue.   No internet connection which is blatantly wrong as I am sending this!  The cloud address presents a critical error unable to fetch base_uris files tier.

Help.

    Hi Simonh,

    As you get the message "No Internet Connection while exporting PDF, please try troubleshooting steps provided here: Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications

    Also, try to use the alternate browser and check if you can export file there.

    Please use this link https://cloud.acrobat.com/  to export PDF online.

    If you still get an error message, please share the screenshot of that message.

    To add the screenshot here, please use the insert icon provided on the reply window as shown below:

    Once you click on this icon, you get a small window.

    Click on Insert Image and then browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

    Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.
