"Error occurred when trying to access this service" when logging on to Acrobat.com

If you receive the error "Error occurred when trying to access this service" when you try to log on to one of the Acrobat.com online services, do one or more of the following:

Via a web browser

• Log out, clear the browser cache, and then log back in.
• Try a different web browser. For a list of supported browsers, see System requirements | Acrobat.com

Via Adobe Reader

• Make sure that you're using the most current version of Adobe Reader by choosing Help > Check for Updates in Reader.
