Error occurred while trying to Adobe Export/PDF online...

Help! I received this message while trying to convert 4 different documents today. I've never received this message before and I am on a very tight deadline! Please advise.

    Hi MM2,

    Is there error you received "An error occurred while accessing..."? If so, please try the following:

    • If you're using ExportPDF from a web browser, sign out, clear the browser cache, and sign back in. Or, try using a different web browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported web browsers).
    • If you're accessing the service via Adobe Reader, choose Help > Check for Updates to make sure that you have the most current version. Then, sign out, and sign back in.

    Please let us know how it goes. If the error you're receiving is different from the one above, please let us know so we can get to the bottom of the problem.

    Hello,

    I have the same error message mentioned above.

    I followed the troubleshooting you reccomended and it is still not working.

    I appreciate your help.

    It seems to me It was working fine earlier but an error occurred this time.

    Please let me know the exact workflow you are following when you get this error.

    A screenshot will be most helpful.
