error saving PDF to acrobat.com; gets to 99% then says 'An error occurred while trying to access the service'

I've tried it 3 times with same result. Have searched EVERYWHERE on the site to see if there is a file size limitation, but can find nothing.

File is 113 mg, produced by QuarkXPress

Trying to load from my laptop, Windows 8.1

Are you trying to save that file to your Document Cloud account from within Reader? Are you able to upload that file if you log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/files from a web browser?

Sara, yes I was trying to do it from within Reader. I've now done a successful upload directly from the site/Send & Track . Thanks very much!
