error signing in

Hi - I keep getting 'An error occurred while signing in' messages when trying to convert pdf to word. Any help available?

Hi tmln6,

Are you trying to sign in from within Adobe Reader? If so, please make sure that you have the most current version of Reader by choosing Help > Check for Updates in Reader. The current version is 11.0.10.

If you're signing in from a browser, clear the cache and try again, or try a different browser.

If that doesn't do the trick, please let us know!
