Error Signing in message

Although I am signed into a pdf. doc. via Adobe I am still receiving "an error occured while signing" message. How do I correct that?

I am trying to convert a pdf. into docx.

Hello Hughg,

As per the description above, you are getting an error message of "Error occurred while signing in" while using the Adobe Reader, Is that correct?

As per the records, you have an active subscription to Adobe PDFPack, you can use the services in a browser through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf  sign in with your Adobe ID and password.

If you are using the services of Adobe PDFPack through the free desktop version of Adobe Reader, then sign out sign back in and if the issue persists, please make sure that the latest version of Adobe Reader is installed.

You may refer to Error Message : "An error occurred while signing in" 

To download and install the Reader, use the following URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

For more troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
