Error trying to access this service

I am trying to export a pdf file to excel and keep receiving the message 'an error has occurred while trying to access this service.  We have tried with another co-workers login.  We have tried converting a file we have previously converted and we have tried converting simply to word format and receive the same error.  We've recently re-subscribed to the annual subscription.  What else can we do to get past this?

    Try With Different broswer  or try on a different machine.

    Let me know if that helps.

    I did try with a different browser session and we've tried on another co-worker's machine.  Interestingly, yesterday I was able to successfully convert a file (even though I did nothing to fix the issue) but when I try again this morning, I'm getting the error again. 

    Is there any chance the service is not supported for Internet Explorer 8?
