error when converting pdf til excel

As per the description above, you are not able to convert PDF file to excel as getting an error message "an error occurred trying to access the service", Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack on your current Adobe Id, please refer to the following KB doc and try the suggestion An error occurred while trying to access the service | unable to connect to PDF services

You can also try accessing the services through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a different URL like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this bring any difference.

You may also refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
