Error when downloading PDF from website
I get the following error when clicking a PDF link on the FedEx website using Chrome browser. Edge works OK. Running Windows 11, Acrobat and Creative Cloud installed on my computer.
I get the following error after clicking the button to view a PDF of the delivery status of a tracking number.
auth.services.adobe.com refused to connect.
I did a search for a solution and performed the following :
- I tried turning off firewalls.
- ran the following code from cmd prompt with results shown:
cmd prompt: >ping activate.adobe.com
Pinging ethos03-prod-va6-k8s-pub2-0-6a902acc902d157e.elb.us-east-1.amazonaws.com [100.25.58.233] with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
also this response
cmd prompt: >ping practivate.adobe.com
Ping request could not find host practivate.adobe.com. Please check the name and try again.
