Error when sending files

I am trying to send files but keep getting a message that an error has occurred and it can't complete my sending the files. It doesn't tell me what the error is or how to fix it.

Hi samlaw.info,

Are you sending files via the Adobe Send interface, or by using the Outlook plug-in (and are you on Mac OS or Windows)? Is the issue specific to a file or files, or does the error occur regardless of the file that you're trying to send? How large are the files that you're trying to send?

So many questions! I'm hoping that your answers will help us get to the bottom of things.

Hi Sara,

I am having the same problem.

When sending a pdf via the the File-> Send File menu option, after config for Gmail, it nicely asks permission to use the Address Book, starts generating the message and then aborts simply by an windo stating "an error uccured while creating the message.." ( in Dutch) I am using the 11.0.10 version of the reader. Sending via Tools, and the outlook interface is OK, but not usable for my clients.

Any help is appreciated.
