Error while converting a PDF to Excel in ExportPDF online service

Hello,

I am trying to convert a pretty large PDF (~26 MB, or ~4400 pages) into an Excel spreadsheet, and I keep getting an error message after the PDF is uploaded to the server and while the tool states it is "converting".  I saw a previous thread on this problem that indicated the PDF limit for this is 100 MB, so I'm not sure why this keeps happening.  Are there other limitations I should be aware of?

Even though your file is within the 100 MB file-size limit, it sounds like it may be too complex for ExportPDF to finish the conversion before timing out (4400 pages is a lot!).

You might want to consider an Acrobat trial, so that you can convert the file via Acrobat. Since the conversion happens locally with Acrobat, you won't run into the same bandwidth/connection speed constraints.     Hi joeboy67,

    What error message do you get after the pdf is uploaded?

    Adobe Export PDF supports conversion of PDF files up to 100 MB.

    Hi Rahul,

    After a few minutes of showing the conversion in process, the small window in the upper right of the UI just says "Error converting PDF" and the conversion process stops.  There's no reason given.  I believe I have the latest version of the software, and am not able to update it, so that shouldn't be an issue.
