When I click convert it says You do not have access to this service. Please contact your IT Administrator to gain access, or try to sign in with Adobe ID, on the bottom of column says Your current plan is Adobe Export PDF which is also stated in my account, when I sign in with my ID. I am using Acrobat Reader
DC on my Mac and the application was working fine on the 17th November. Please advise

Hello Haroldn,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are getting an error message of Access denied when you are trying to access the Adobe ExportPDF service, is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription to Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID. Please try to use the services through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and check if it brings any difference.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader, then sign out and sign back in once with your Adobe ID and password.

For more troubleshooting, you can refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Hope this helps, and let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
