Hi @Michael91355,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

There could be two possible solutions you can explore:

1: Use a Checkbox Field in Your Agreement

  1. Open Your Agreement in Adobe Sign:

    • Create a new agreement or edit an existing one.
  2. Add a Checkbox Field:

    • While preparing your document, drag and drop the Checkbox field from the toolbar onto your document.
  3. Make the Checkbox Mandatory:

    • Select the checkbox field, then mark it as Required Field so the signer can check it before proceeding.
  4. Add a Label or Text Field:

    • Add a label near the checkbox with wording like:

"By checking this box, I consent to the use of electronic records and electronic signatures in this agreement."

  5. Save and Send:

    • Save your changes and send the agreement to your signer.

2: Use Prebuilt Consent Features in Adobe Sign

The "Explicit Consent" feature is available to individual, team, business, and enterprise levels of service. This disclosure is presented before the user signs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements for e-signature consent.
