Esignature email not going to the recepeint and not coming to me

Hi

I am unable to send esignature email to client.  When I do this, it says that it has successfully sent to recepient with a copy to me.

But nothing happens.

Neither the recepient nor I get the email.

Could some one rectify this.

When contacted, adobe, Sydney they are asking $199 for fixing the issue.

Please check if anyone can help.
