Acabo de comprar o conversor de PDF, paguei em dólar! E fiz todo o processo, mas parece que o PDF não possibilita a conversão, o que devo fazer?

Hi por que falhou,

I've just checked your account; your order is still processing. As soon as your subscription order processes fully (it can take 24-48 hours), then you'll be able to sign in and convert PDF files.
