    Are you trying to purchase an Acrobat.com subscription? There are some countries where the subscriptions aren't available for purchase. Please see Countries where ExportPDF is available for purchase.

    If you're in one of the countries, but still having problems signing up, please let us know and we'll get this figured out.

    Hello,

    I´m trying to purchase a adobe exportpdf.

    I´m from Brazil, where the exportpdf is available for purchase, but the problem persists, and i can´t buy it.

    The problem is the same as related above.

    Hi rubembsb,

    Please clear the browser cache. Then, make sure that you're logged in to the correct Adobe Store (you should see "Brasil" in the lower-left corner. Then, just make sure that you fill in all fields when you're making your purchase, and that you use a credit card with a billing address in Brazil.
