Everytime I try to convert PDF to Words it ask me to pay again

Hi, I have paid for ExportPDF and when I try to convert a PDF to Words it keep asking to pay again. Could you assist me with this?

Have you signed up just recently? Are you logging in from Reader or the web interface? For starters, please clear your browser cache and then log in directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com.
