Everytime I try to send an Adobe PDF file the "verification" process shows an email address that is NOT mine. The process always fails.

Every time I try to send an Adobe file the "verification" process shows an email address that is NOT mine.  Files cannot be sent because verification always fails.

    Hi there,

    Are you working with Adobe Send? What email address do you see when you choose My Information from the menu in the upper-right corner of the Window (where your name appears when you're logged in)? If you don't see the right email address there, you can click Change to enter the correct email address.

    Hello Sara,

    We were having troubles changing the "set up" but somehow got it done.  It

    appears to be working pretty good now.
