‌I have just subscribed to Export Adobe PDF plan on my iPad via iTune payment but could not use or activate it. Need help.

Hi tantecksheng,

Please make sure that you've installed the Acrobat Reader DC mobile app for iOS on your iPad, and log in to that to access your subscription. If you're still having trouble accessing your subscription, please contact the Apple App Store, as Adobe doesn't handle subscriptions purchased through the App Store.

I am not sure if ExportPDF can used on iOS.  Also I think it needs some time until an account gets activated.

I suggest that you Contact Customer Care.
