Export .docx Quality

We subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF after trying some of the other online providers for this. We chose Adobe as it was, so we thought the master of PDFs and for the added security of a well known company.

However doing a direct comparison of the conversion quality using the same files the Adobe version did not produce the best results. Is there any options/settings that may improve this?

Hey Darren,

Sorry to hear about your poor experience.

Adobe Export PDF can create high-quality conversions, but the quality of converted document depends on the quality of the PDF file you start with. And for more information, you may refer to the detailed description here- Text is garbled in a converted file | Adobe Export PDF

If you are working on a specific pdf, then you may check with a different one and see if that helps in quality. Also, you can also try converting the file using desktop application Adobe Reader DC.  Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Akanchha
