Export does not work after subscribing

Hi

I have recently purchased an in app subscription for export to word excel. It does not allow me to export any document when I click on export pops up saying I need to subscribe so I click on subscribe then it pops up error you already have s subscription. Please help

    According to our record with your current email address your subscription status is a free user.

    Please review your email inbox if you have received an email from Adobe stating about your subscription to ExportPDF service.

    Also please check which email address you used when you subscribed to our services.
