Export option help

I purchased the export option on my adobe reader for ipad. It was charged to my account, but for some reason it's not giving my access. It keeps saying that I need to pay for it. When I enter my information a notication pops up saying that I puchased it, but nothing has changed. Not sure who to contact on the matter. Please help.

Hi kelligirl113,

If you're having trouble with a subscription that you purchased via the Apple App Store, you'll need to contact them to figure out why you can't access the subscription. (Adobe doesn't handle subscription sold via the App Store).

In the meantime, however, please make sure that you're signing in to the Acrobat Reader DC app using the same Adobe ID/email address and password that you used when you purchased the subscription.
