Export options not showing up

Hello! I've been using Acrobat Reader for a long time and suddenly the Export PDF dropdown isn't showing me the options. If I click on it, the arrow points down but no options appear. Any ideas? Thank you!

Does this happen with all files, or just some? It's possible the file is secured or was created in such a way that prevents it from being exported to other formats.

It was happening with a couple, but seems to be working now. Hopefully, it's out of its system now ;-)
