Hi,

I have just purchased the EXport PDF function from you:

£19.82   

But am not able to export any documents and continues to want me to subscribe and pay again.

I have cleared my history.

Can you please help.

    Hi NickFranks,

    I checked your account; your order is still pending. It can take about 24 hours for an order to process fully. But once it does, you should be able to log in and use your ExportPDF subscription.
