HI

is there any way you can resovle the problem or else can refund the payement.

No use have a product that is not working.

Hi Sameer,

As discussed with you on email about the same, we have sent the converted excel file to you.

However, about the conversion failure error you may follow the troubleshooting steps suggested in the help document here- An error occurred while trying to access the service | unable to connect to PDF services

And for desktop application you may check the following-

  • Launch Adobe Reader>Help>Check for update
  • Click on the upper right hand corner and Sign Out and Sign In back.

Let us know if it's still doesn't make any difference. And do let us know the latest on this and if you have managed to find the solution for this problem then please do share your findings.

Hi Aki,

i have tried all the options you suggested still have the same issue "unable to eport PDF documents to any form of MS document i.e. Excel or word.

i am using the correct account etc.

Hope to hear back with a solution to the problem.

Hey Sameer,

Can you please share the screenshot of message that you get during conversion?

What exactly happens when you click "Export PDF" and select the document to export?

using Cloud if i click download no outcome  at all

i can see all the file but cannot download them at all.

Sorry to hear about that.

Could you please elaborate what exactly happening when you are trying to use the service?

Would you try the following steps and if that wouldn't work then you can surely cancel the service.

As your account information shows that you have subscribed for the Export PDF service.

Export PDF subscription can be access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/  or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Make sure that you are "Signing In" using the correct email address under which you have made the purchase and you have installed the correct application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not the Adobe Acrobat DC.
