Export PDF

I just paid for the plan $23.88/yr to convert PDF into, among others, RTF. I drag some PDFs into the box, they are being "exported", resulting in a list of identical file names with .PDF and with .RTF, I check the RTF files and click on download, they appear in my Mac's download folder, and both Pages and Nisus bring them up empty, no content, just a logo thingie (square with arrow in it).

Adobe support (chat) tells me they don't honor this kind of thing, so - can anyone here help me, please?
