Export PDF anomaly assistance?

I have until recently been able to access the 'Export PDF' service that I have paid for by direct debit. However, as of yesterday I can no longer access this service, even though the account details are up to date, and the direct debit remains active. Imp

Hi Desirees,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We have looked into your account and found that the subscription for Adobe Export pdf is in "Cancelling" status. Which is causing the problem in activation and accessing the service.

We request you to please contact to the our billing support team via chat (following the steps suggested below).

1- Refer to the link Contact Customer Care

2- Select Account issues

3-  Show me my contact options.
