export pdf broken?

Exporting is taking forever? Is the system down? I've tried to export a document to Word (of a type that usually takes about 30sec) but it's not finishing.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to export a PDF file as it's taking a lot of time, Is that correct?
