Hi,

I'm using Internet Explorer and trying to convert a pdf to word as I've done hundreds of times before but today I can't even get past the log-in screen!!  I've checked my account and payment info to make sure I'm up to date and that's all fine, but still I can't access any of my previous uploads nor can I work on anything new.  Please help!!

Hi lb327,

Please log out, clear the browser cache, and then log back in. If that doesn't clear up the issue, then try a different web browser. See System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported web browsers,

Best,

Sara

Hi,

I'm still having the same issues.  I've tried internet explorer and chrome here at work and safari at home.  None of them are letting me get past the log in screen.  It's very frustrating.  I've paid for this service and haven't been able to use it in months!!!

I've cleared my browser's cache and all the cookies, etc. and I'm still having issues...

Hi lb327,

How frustrating! I'm so sorry that you've been unable to access your account. I've checked your subscription--no issues there, as you said.

Are you able to load https://cloud.acrobat.com, but can't get past the log-in screen? When does the 404 error appear?

Let's gather some more information about your system:

  • Are there firewall or proxy settings that may be restricting your access to the Internet? (Which might be more of an issue with your work computer, than your home setup, but still worth looking into.)
  • Has anything changed on your system recently?
  • What operating system are you on (including version)?
  • Do you have trouble loading other pages on the Adobe website (obviously, the forums are working for you!).

Best,

Sara
