Export PDF - I have purchased this for an annual subscription. I can use it on my PC but on my Mac I cannot access the progrem to use it. Why? I can sign in but the only options I get are to buy a product or download a free 30 day trial. What it

On my Mac I cannot access the Export PDF program which I have purchased and it does not want to download. What's the whole point?

    Hi stephena,

    Are you logging in directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com/export PDF via  web browser on your Mac? There's nothing to download with an ExportPDF subscription. It may be that you have Reader installed on your PC, and are accessing the service from there.

    You could also install Reader on your Mac, and then sign in to ExportPDF from there by clicking the Sign In link in the upper-right corner.
