export pdf into word didn't get all the characters correct

If the exporting into word doesn't produce a workable piece, can I get a refund? I have over 100 pages that I have to work on and the scans in pdf look great/perfect. However, the exports into Word are not!

Hi agr495,

The quality of the conversion depends largely on the quality of the PDF (not necessarily how it looks, but how it's written). Not all third-party applications write PDF files to spec. Did you use the software included with the scanner to generate the PDF file? If so, that might explain why the conversion isn't what you expected.

That said, you certainly may request a refund, if you decide that you don't want the subscription.

Best,

Sara

Thank you for your response. I have thought about it and it just wouldn't make sense to spend all my time going word by word, line by line, correcting the mistakes after the converting.  I will not be using the program for my project. How do I request a refund then?

Thank you for your response.  I will not be using it due to this problem.  How do I ask for a refund?

Hi agr495,

I'm sorry that the ExportPDF subscription doesn't meet your requirements. I can cancel it for you if you'd like. Should I go ahead and do that for you?

Best,

Sara
