It keeps sending me to the page, where you buy the product.

But I already has it and paid for it. Instead it should convert my file

Hi henriks71815730,

Assuming you are using Acrobat Reader for converting pdf files, could you please check if you are logged in into the application( check for your Name or Sign in option in the top right corner)

You may also try online service accessible at: https://cloud.acrobat.com/​  , login into the account (if required)>click Export PDF
