Export pdf not working

Our pdf converter is not working. I've tried to follow the steps that you suggested (Check for Updates in Adobe Reader to make sure that you have the most current version. Clear the browser cache and try converting again. Try a different web browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers). but it still doesn't work.

The error message is: "File failed to be converted using Adobe ExportPdf online".

Please can you help me on this issue?

Hi QuantaConsulting,

Adobe Export Pdf supports conversion of Pdf files up to 100 MB.

May I know if your error is related to the file size or something else?

Did you try with different files?

Yes. I've tried with different files. I guess it's not related to the size, this are small files.

And also, the version of Adobe is updated 11.0.10
