Export PDF not Working

This week i paid for the additional services to allow me to export PDF files to Word, Excel etc, I completed one export now each time i try to export your software takes me to the pricing pages, I have already paid, my account informs me i have paid, but i cannot use the export function.  Could someone help please, My contact details are;

We see that you do have an active subscription for Adobe Export PDF.

You may try the following steps-

My Export PDF button is not working.  Tis is a recent problem. I have the following Adobe programs: 

Acrobat DC Pro
Adobe Scan
Adobe Scan
Acrobat Reader
