Export PDF opens a page with a proposal to purchase a license.

I got a license for "Export PDF files", when I click in the "Tools" section, a page with a proposal to purchase a license opens. How to make sure that the files are exported?

If you are still experiencing the issue, please try the troubleshooting steps mentioned here  Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
