Export PDF quits after a while and says "conversion Error"

I just purchased Export PDF.

The first 2 files I sent for conversion came back with "Conversion  Error'

They were large files (over 6 megabytes).

I purchased Export PDF because I assumed it would work with these files.

I would like to hear if anyone knows of a solution.

    Hi Pata,

    The file size should not be an issue, as the limit is 100Mb- File size limitations

    When you said "The first 2 files I sent for conversion came back with "Conversion  Error'", then what exactly workflow that you have followed?

    However, you may try the conversation using different web browser(if its online) or use Adobe Reader DC desktop application and try the same through that.

    Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
