Hello,

I have a subscription to Export Adobe PDFs and usually I can just simply open the PDF in Adobe Reader, click the export button and convert to Word.  When I click the export button now, it says: "No Internet Connection".

I am connected to the internet, have tried signing out and signing back in and have been having this issue for several weeks.

All of the old forum links with this are over 1 year old.

any advice?

Hi Andrews,

Since you have mentioned that you are getting the "No internet connection" error when open Adobe Reader. Then we suggest you to follow the below mentioned troubleshooting steps and see if that helps-

1- Check whether your Adobe Reader is up to date or not? Open Reader>Help>Check for update. The latest update should fix the connection error.

2- If you have any internet security software then turn it off for a while.

[Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install or activate other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done.]

3- You may try the conversion online via web browser- Adobe Document Cloud  and see if that helps.
