I paid for the Export to PDF service for one year. My first document came out in an unreadable font.
There were no options, so I don't know how I could have done something wrong.
How do I get my money back?
Or is there an easy answer?

Sorry for the delay in response.
We see that now you have terminated the subscription for Adobe Export PDF. If we look at the initial query of this post, where you were not able to get the correct output of the converted pdf file.
Adobe Export PDF can create high-quality conversions, but the quality of converted document depends on the quality of the PDF file you start with.
It might or might not be the document specific problem. Or the font used to create the original pdf wasn't embedded correctly, and was missing when that pdf was converted to the word doc.
