Export PDF software, purchased march,2015 expiring march, 2021 don't work,request new purchase

My Export PDF software ,purchased  March 2015, last payment March 2020 expiring March 2021  don't work

At the beginnig of exporting process, immediatly shift like virus to commercial page of  Adobe Pro and

Export PDF for a new purchase. No matter to perform to end  the exporting process

Four hours in chat with  Adobe support and  no solution to problem

Anyone had the same problem and how  solved it ?
