Export pdf subscription problem

I need help solving a subscription issue. I purchased Export Pdf and my credit card has been billed (almost 2 weeks ago). I have no access to program nor does it show up on my subscriptions in my account. I received no email confirmation. I cant find any contact with Adobe other than posting on a forum. How do I get my money back or at the very least how do I get the service I have been billed for?

Hi Chirpy123,

I've looked up your account using the same email address that you use here in the forums. I see three separate orders—one placed on 11/8, and two placed on 11/14—that don't appear to have gone through. Please Contact Customer Care via phone or chat, and a Customer Care agent should be able to straighten this out for you.
