Export PDF - thousands/decimals (comma/dot)

I'm facing a problem with Export PDF when converting PDF to excel. When I try to convert PDF file where (",") separates decimals and (".") thousands, numbers ending with "0" such as 1.200 (one thousand two hundreds) becomes 1.2 (one point two) in the excel. Is there any other solution than converting the PDF to word and then copying the numbers into excel?

By the way, changing excel setting of comma/dot for decimals/thousands doesn't work.
