Hey would be great if someone could help!
I have tried to export a pdf file to word and paid $35 for it.. then the bits which a written in pen a complete random wierd letters???? Why is this not showing the exact scan??

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when converting a pdf file to word, is that correct?
As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you had a subscription for Export PDF (currently in inactive state) .
Export PDF can create high-quality conversions, but the quality of converted document depends on the quality of the PDF file you start with as the following help document discusses: Text is garbled in a converted file | Adobe Export PDF
Also, would it be possible to share the pdf file you are working with to replicate the issue at our end? To share the file here in the forums, refer to the steps given in this link: How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud
