Export PDF to excel

Hi

I've been subscribing to the export feature for a few years but it's stopped working.  I am logged into my account and my subscription is up to date but the clicking the Export button now just opens a pop-up asking me if I want to start a free 7-day trial.

Any ideas?

I'm still using windows 7 if that matters.

We have checked that your subscription is active. Please confirm if you are using the service on the Acrobat online account or the desktop application. Share the screenshot of the window where you receive the message. 

Ensure you use the correct email address to sign in to the service. 

If you are using an online account, try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser. Try signing in on the new incognito window on Chrome.
