Export PDF to Excel data is missing export to word data is placed in footer

Hello All

Using Adobe ExportPDF subscription service.

Adobe version 11.0.09.

Converting Multi page PDF, 9 pages to Excel.

Export PDF to Excel and some data is missing, i.e. last 2 to 3 rows of each page.

Export same document to word and missing rows are placed in the footer.

How can we correct for export to Excel?

    Adobe Reader XI and earlier will no longer work with the Document Cloud PDF Services; you will need to use Acrobat Reader DC.  See https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-5891
