'Export PDF to Excel' doesn't convert the whole PDF content to Excel

Hi Adobe team,

I'm quite happy using "Export PDF to Excel" since the first day up to present. However today I got an issue when converting a PDF report (i.e. real pdf with real text in it, not a scanned file pdf) to Ms Excel. I try to convert in both my Adobe Reade DC on my PC or Adobe online convert (using web browser - I.E.) The function "Export PDF to Excel" doesn't convert the whole content of PDF: all data in either the header or footer section are "ignored" for some reason. Unfortunately, these data are really important to me in my process. Please help!

My OS: Windows 7 Pro.

Below is the screenshot of my PDF. Note that the issue doesn't occur when I try to convert this PDF into Ms Word.

It's so sad when no one from Adobe team replies to my issue. After reviewing the converted file (excel format), I realized sometime a portion of page header in  my report (PDF format) was shown in the converted spreadsheet. However they mixed together with other data in the detail section in the same cell (see the 1st screenshot below). I did some testing & made decision: using other converter like ISkySoft. This app. almost converts my DPF report perfectly to spreadsheet (see the 2nd screenshot). Because of this issue, I think I won't renew my subscription to ADOBE converter any more.
